The new color picker is ready to go. It's nothing too fancy, just RGB sliders and a color well. You can use the color by touching the well or you can give it a title to save it for future use. You can swipe to delete unused colors.
I've also added an option to change the background color. This allows for some very ugly, high contrast charts. You might also be able to pick nice colors and make a cool looking chart but I'll leave that to people with a better sense of color.
